Tara Abdilla is a long distance runner. She took up running recreationally in 2012, taking it up more seriously in 2014/15.
She has a preference towards ‘shorter’ distances with the 5km road race & 3000mts & 1500mts as her prefered races. In 2018 Tara participated in the Trail League, which led her also the the Gozo Xterra 20k. Here she discovered a new passion, Trail running.
Tara has also had the opportunity to join the National Team at the European and World mountain running Championships in 2018 and 2019. Tara is also a qualified Personal Trainer & Fitness Class Instructor
